The pour is clear yellow and a white head. The aroma and flavor are strongly vegetal: wet leaves, sage, cilantro. Beneath that: light buttery biscuits. The mouthfeel is medium-light with a medium finish. That finish is grains and leafy bitterness.
(It's day seven and this is the third helle in the box! What the helle?)
