Whomever is in charge of marketing at this brewery has me expecting a juice-bomb IPA, even though I know that a pilsener has been promised. Then the flavors arrive. Yeast, warm bread, grains, and grassiness. As it warms: graham cracker. On the crisp, clean, and slightly dry finish: leafy bitterness. An excellent lager. More please!
