Yesterday was the one-year anniversary of 顎 (ago / jaw), my "Musashi oar" suburito.
I took advantage of some rare late-fall sunshine in the backyard dojo today to celebrate with it.
We ran through some suburi (practice swings), as well as shonen sozoku (literally "true awareness," a series of kamae (stances)).
