Tonight, I freed the sageo (strings) of 舌 from the display knot tied around her kurikata (string hole) and saya (scabbard). Along with it, I free my mind of obstacles to training. I seek a resilience and "looseness" even as I operate within prescribed patterns and inherited ways. I begin again. Then I begin again once more.
