Snoqualmie Wildcat IPA by Snoqualmie Falls Brewing CompanyThis is a great India Pale Ale. It looks like a pint of apple juice with a thick frothy head. The head lasted for quite some time and left good lacing behind. The aroma is of flowers and citrus, mostly grapefruit. Hints of apple and alcohol also hide in the nose. The flavor was very bitter, with an intense, slightly acidic, grapefruit flavor. This is a hop lover's dream. It was a good match for homemade tacos.
