There was the pleasure of the phrase—orrery of errors.

There was the imagery of a clockwork universe.

There was the mechanical model of the same—an orrery, a planetarium.

There was the constellation of Mother, the Cosmic Octopus.

There was an echo of the Clocktopus.

There was space and time and direction.
